This sale is done by digital downloadable products, Due to the nature of digital media means that once you have downloaded a file/zip/plugin/template/audio/video/printable art/.apk file/software or theme etc., there’s really no way to ‘return’ it. No refunds will be given except in the case when the digital product is completely unusable, we will try to correct the same or we will options to our customer to choose other product with same/more features and, price more or less, our customer satisfaction only our motto- price no problem

If the digital product is unusable, we have to confirm with our technical team, we need time to try to fix it.

Please note that we are not developers, only resellers of the provided software products, so our technical support capabilities are limited.

We do not change Image/file/product functionality and do not fix developer bugs. Otherwise, no way to  will make a refund.
